Refund & Returns Policy – Healthy Trends
At Healthy Trends, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns and refunds in accordance with the policy below.
Returns
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The item is in the same condition as when it was received.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@healthytrends.ie with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food)
- Personal care items (e.g., skincare, haircare, or hygiene products) that have been opened.
- Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to an incorrect or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund if the item is no longer in stock.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days:
- Check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times can vary.
- Contact our customer service team for further assistance.
