Our Cream Conditioner is one of our most popular products. It was made to complement our Milk Shampoo that was originally made for a family member who had a scalp so itchy they went to bed with olive oil on their scalp and cling wrap around their head. While shampoo cleans the hair and scalp, we feel it’s important to follow it with a natural conditioner that doesn’t coat or irritate the scalp. Most conditioners are made using silicone-based ingredients (usually big words that end with –cone) that coat the hair in something slippery, making it feel silky and smooth. They do a great job of making the hair feel hydrated and easy to detangle. The problem we find with silicone is that it can build up on the hair over time, making it feel heavy and limp. This usually results in a need for a different type of shampoo to get rid of the buildup caused by these types of conditioners. Instead, we wanted to make a creamy conditioner from natural oils that won’t build up on the hair and actually penetrate and hydrate the hair instead of just making it feel nice for a while. Using natural ingredients is not only better for your hair and scalp, it’s also much better for the environment. Ever think about what happens to your wash products after they go down the drain? Silicones and other synthetic ingredients don’t break down into their natural component easily in the water system. One thing we hear a lot about our conditioner is how lovely the smell is. We couldn’t agree more. For this, we sourced a phthalate-free fragrant oil so you can have beautiful smelling hair without the sensitivity. We made this cream as a follow up to the first MooGoo cream ever made – Our Skin Milk Udder Cream because we wanted to develop something with a little more hydration action; a creamier cream per say, for the drier types. We made this delicious moisturiser full of natural oils that are high in the types of fatty acids that healthy skin needs. These help to hydrate, moisturise and pamper dry skin. We also chucked in some Milk Protein to help increase skin elasticity which keeps skin looking young, supple and s-MOO-th, and everyone loves that. The combination of Apple Cider Vinegar, as well as natural pear and vanilla fragrance, gives this cream a delightful smell. This cream is for absolutely everyone, including babies, and those with sensitive skin so rub it on whenever and wherever your skin could use a little love.

Goats milk soap is especially suited to those people with very sensitive skin. It is the mildest way to remove old oil and grease from the skin, and replaces these oils with pure nut oils and proteins. Note: These are big bars of Milk Soap (130g) so they last longer. People with smaller hands or children may find it easier if the bar is cut into two pieces.

This is our original Irritable Skin Balm which has helped a lot of adults and babies with their skin concerns. Our Milk Wash is one of our most popular products. We combine small amounts of 5 different natural cleaners as this can be gentler on skin than one concentrated cleanser. We chose natural cleansers that wash well without drying out the skin. The foaming action isn’t quite as intense as it would if we used a synthetic detergent like SLS (or other common culprits that end in –fate), but we’re happy to make this small trade-off to use more natural ingredients that are healthier for us and the environment.
